Reconstruction of Lenin Street after World War II, further visible are the former Jesuit school, the former Church of the Virgin Mary and the former Jesuit college (the school has been preserved in its rebuilt state, the church was rebuilt into a sports hall in Soviet times, restored and operating in the 1990s, the college was demolished in 1952).
